  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Vanilla extract 1½ spoons
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • 33% Cream 5 fl oz
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz
  • Red Food Coloring to taste
  • Chocolate to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Grease a 12 cm round cake pan with butter and line it with parchment paper.

Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder into a large bowl, then add salt and sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix hot water, sour cream, vegetable oil, egg, and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla paste until smooth.

Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and knead the dough.

Transfer the dough to a baking dish and place it in the oven for 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
