Ingredients
- Bananas 1 piece
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the chocolate and banana into pieces measuring 0.5×0.5 cm.
Step 2
Cream 100 grams of butter with 100 grams of sugar. Add the eggs and mix. Then add the banana and chocolate pieces and mix again. Next, add the baking powder and flour, and knead into a not too thick dough.
Step 3
Spoon the dough into small molds, filling them 2/3 full, and place in an oven preheated to 355°F (convection mode). Bake for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Check readiness with a matchstick or toothpick.
Step 5
Prepare the chocolate glaze: in a water bath, mix four tablespoons of milk with four tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of cocoa until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream. Wait a bit for the mixture to cool, then mix with 50 grams of softened butter.
Step 6
Drizzle the finished glaze over the muffins. You can sprinkle with colorful candies or sprinkles on top. Enjoy your meal!
