Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 0 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Vanillin 0 oz
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Salt a pinch
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients — flour, cocoa, baking powder, and sugar — and stir thoroughly.

Step 2

In another bowl, mash the bananas (a blender can be used), add milk (or yogurt), eggs, and mix well until smooth. Then add the chopped chocolate.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Combine both mixtures and mix well again (the batter will be very thick and somewhat unruly, but that's how it should be).

Step 4

Spoon the batter into muffin tins, filling them 3/4 full. Place in the oven for 15–20 minutes.

Step 5

Before serving, top with a scoop of ice cream.
