Description

I didn't decorate my sweet dish and served it with Sunday evening tea) Enjoy your meal and creative success!

Ingredients

  • Butter 5 oz
  • Cookie 10 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 15 oz
  • Milk 1½ cups
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Bananas 3 pieces
  • Cocoa Powder 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, we prepare the base of our chocolate banana dessert — the cookie crust. For this, crush the cookies in a blender until they resemble crumbs.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a water bath and then mix it with the cookie crumbs.

Step 3

Line a springform pan with parchment paper (or plastic wrap).

Step 4

Press the cookie mixture into the pan with your hands and place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Now for the fun part — we prepare the chocolate base. Cook hot chocolate using 2 tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 cups of milk, and cocoa powder. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly. Let it cool.

Step 6

Mix the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar (I whipped it with a mixer).

Step 7

While the hot chocolate is cooling, soak the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold water.

Step 8

Quickly slice the bananas and layer them on the set cookie crust (I cut the banana into 2–3 pieces crosswise and then into medium slices lengthwise).

Step 9

After 15 minutes, mix the cooled chocolate with the sour cream.

Step 10

Then, melt the swollen gelatin in a water bath, but do not boil it.

Step 11

Finally, pour in the gelatin and mix the entire mass thoroughly.

Step 12

Pour the chocolate-sour cream mixture over the bananas.

Step 13

Send the cake preparation to the refrigerator for 4–5 hours, or better yet, overnight!
