Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Fine white sugar 1 glass
- Corn Flour for Polenta 1 glass
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, then add the baking powder, flour, sliced bananas, and melted chocolate from the microwave. Mix well.
Step 2
Whisk the egg whites until frothy and gently fold them into the batter.
Step 3
Place the dough in a mold; I used a disposable foil cupcake pan.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 390°F, covered with foil. If not covered, the heavy cornmeal dough will quickly burn on top.
