Chocolate Almond Muffins
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 0.7 cups
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, cream the room temperature butter with sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs.
Step 3
Break or chop the chocolate into small pieces and add to the bowl. Mix the prepared mixture.
Step 4
Add the flour and baking powder, and knead a not very thick dough.
Step 5
Fill the baking molds 2/3 full and top with almond flakes.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes until golden in a preheated oven at 355°F.
