Chinese Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Udon Noodles 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and slice the garlic lengthwise. Sauté in a wok for half a minute.
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms and cucumber (it's better if you remove the seeds from the cucumber first).
Step 3
Add them to the wok with the onions and garlic, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in half a liter of water, add the noodles, and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, season the soup with salt, and cook for another 3 minutes.
