  • Shimeji mushrooms 0 oz

  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz
  • Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
  • Corn Starch 0 oz
  • White Pepper (whole) 0 oz
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Water 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the bamboo shoots into small cubes.

Step 2

Chop the mushroom caps into small cubes and boil in boiling water for two minutes.

Step 3

Pour the broth into a saucepan, take 5 tablespoons of broth into a bowl and dissolve the cornstarch in it, then add the soy sauce to the remaining broth and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Separate the egg white from the yolk.

Step 5

Add the bamboo shoots, boiled mushrooms, vinegar, and white pepper to the broth.

Step 6

Once the broth has boiled, reduce the heat, add the cornstarch while stirring, and as soon as the cornstarch thickens, add the egg white while stirring vigorously and immediately remove from heat.

Step 7

Pour the soup into bowls and serve.
