Description

I prepare the dough in the evening and bake the cookies in the morning. I also sometimes add a couple of drops of vanilla extract.

  • Butter 5 oz
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rub the cold butter with sugar and cottage cheese. Add the flour and quickly knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, cut out cookies, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–15 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies.
