Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Vanillin ¼ teaspoon
- Sweetened condensed milk 15 oz
- Chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the sugar and softened butter for 8–10 minutes, then, without stopping, gradually add the eggs and vanillin, continuing to beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2
Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Step 3
Transfer the finished dough to a pastry bag with a star tip of 15 mm diameter, pipe cookies spaced 4–5 cm apart. Bake the cookies at a temperature of 200–430°F for 12–15 minutes.
Step 4
Pair the finished cookies together with sweetened condensed milk. Dip each pair in melted chocolate to partially cover the cookies.
