Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Lamb 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and sauté it in butter.
Step 2
Cut the lamb into small pieces and add it to the onion. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Pour cold water into the onion-meat mixture and cook for 2.5 hours. Season with salt, pepper, and add chopped cilantro.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with vinegar and pour into the soup while stirring continuously. Bring the soup to a boil and remove from heat.
