- Chickpea 5 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Fig 6 pieces
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Arugula 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the pancakes, sift the flour with salt, crack the egg, add water, and whisk until there are no lumps. Cook the pancakes on both sides in a skillet greased with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Place thinly sliced cheese in the center of the cooked pancake, top with sliced fig, fold the edges, and bake at 390°F for 4–5 minutes. Garnish with fresh arugula before serving.
