Place the green peas in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water and mash slightly with a fork.

Step 2

Mix the chickpea flour, salt, grated ginger, and finely chopped chili pepper. Gradually pour in the water while stirring constantly. Add the green peas, finely chopped green onion, and dill. Mix everything and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Cook the pancakes, frying each side until golden brown.
