Description
Chickpeas can be substituted with regular peas.
Ingredients
- Potato 6 pieces
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Chickpea 5 oz
- Parsley to taste
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Curry 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in water for 12 hours, then cook for 50 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and onions, lightly sauté them, then simmer until they become tender.
Step 3
Blend the chickpeas, garlic, and potatoes in a blender.
Step 4
Pour in the broth. Add curry. Bring to a boil.
Step 5
Turn off the soup. Pour in the cream. Stir well.
Step 6
Garnish with parsley.
