- Turkey 10 oz

- Onion 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Orzo Pasta 5 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, water, egg, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and form small meatballs.
Step 2
In a large pot, pour in the broth and add the finely chopped carrots. Bring to a boil and add the pasta. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes. Then add the chopped spinach and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
