Ingredients
- Turkey 10 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Orzo Pasta 5 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, water, lightly beaten egg, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Form meatballs about 2.5 cm in diameter.
Step 2
In a pot, combine the broth and finely chopped carrots. Bring to a boil and add the pasta. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes. Then add the chopped spinach and cook for another 1 minute.
