- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ginger-Garlic Paste 1½ teaspoons
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Ground ancho chili pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Water 1 cup
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Corn Nacho Chips 1 cup
- Spiced Tomato Juice 15 oz
- Chopped Green Onions ¼ cup
- Lime 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and finely chopped chicken. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add chili and cumin and stir for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add water, salt, broth, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour into small bowls and top with cilantro and crushed chips.
