- Spinach 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Dark red seaweed 0 oz
- Bonito flakes 1 tablespoon
- Leek 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the dried seaweed into strips and soak in cold water. Bring to a boil. Add salt. Stir in the bonito flakes.
Step 2
Slice the chicken breast and add it to the dashi broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the spinach and leek, and add them to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes.
