Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken Broth 4 cups
- Water 0 fl oz
- Rice 1½ cups
- Potato 0 lbs
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion in butter in a pot until it becomes pink.
Step 2
Cut the carrot into cubes and add it to the pot, wait for 10 minutes and then add the chicken broth and water.
Step 3
After 10–15 minutes, add the rice.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, add the diced potato. Cook for about 10–15 minutes, check the readiness of the rice and potato.
Step 5
Remove from heat, serve, garnished with chopped parsley and dill.
