Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Olive Oil to taste
- Rice 1 cup
- Carrot 3 pieces
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Broccoli 20 oz
- Dill to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Water to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chicken until cooked through. Cut into small pieces.
Step 2
In a large pot, combine the chicken, rice, finely chopped carrots, celery, and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the minced garlic and thyme, and pour in water.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 35-40 minutes until ready. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
