  • Chicken fillet 10 oz

  • Sweet Pepper 5 oz
  • Pumpkin 5 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 15 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Onion 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a heavy-bottomed pot, pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil. Peel the onion, chop it into small cubes, place it in the pot, put it on the heat, and fry until golden.

Wash the meat well, pat it dry, cut it into portion-sized pieces, and add it to the pot with the onion.

Sear the meat slightly on all sides.

Peel the potatoes, wash them well, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the pot with the meat.
