Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Poultry 1 piece
- Celery salt ½ pieces
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Pumpkin ½ kg
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Place the chicken in a large pot, cover with 5 liters of water, and set it on the stove.
Step 2
When the water reaches a boil, add the peeled and chopped vegetables and simmer for at least another hour. In fact, the longer this soup cooks, the tastier it becomes. You can skim off the gray foam from the chicken, but this will only make the broth richer. Season with salt at the end.
Step 3
Arrange the vegetables and chicken on a large platter. Pour the broth into bowls, and let everyone add the rest according to their preference.
