- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Fish Oil 4 tablespoons
- Oyster Mushrooms 10 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 head
- Lime 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Lemongrass 4 stalks
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil water with lemongrass and chopped garlic cloves.
Step 2
Add sliced chicken breast. Bring to a boil; skim off the foam.
Step 3
Pour in the fish sauce, add salt, and sprinkle in some sugar.
Step 4
Slice the oyster mushrooms and add them to the soup.
Step 5
Bring to a boil. Turn off the heat.
Step 6
Squeeze the juice of the limes into the finished soup; serve with finely chopped basil and cooked rice.
