Chicken soup with champignon mushrooms and herbs.
Ingredients
- Potato 3 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms 15 oz
- Butter 3 spoons
- Onion ½ heads
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley ½ g
- Carrot 1 piece
- Bay leaf ½ pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the chicken broth (season with salt to taste).
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms, but not too thinly, to prevent them from burning. Sauté them in butter until cooked through.
Step 3
While the mushrooms are simmering, peel and dice the potatoes into 0.5 cm cubes.
Step 4
Once the broth is ready, remove the chicken and add the cooked mushrooms. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
After the mushrooms (after 10-15 minutes), add the potatoes.
Step 6
Chop the onion and grate the carrot. Sauté the mixture until the onion turns golden.
Step 7
Add the sautéed mixture to the broth.
Step 8
While everything is simmering, cut the chicken into small cubes or strips. Add it back into the broth.
Step 9
Add the bay leaf. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the finished soup.
