Description
Rice soup can also be made with lamb.
Ingredients
- Poultry 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Egg white ½ piece
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Cornelian Cherry 0 oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Potato 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken to make broth, strain it, cut the chicken into pieces, place it in a pot, and pour hot strained broth over it.
Step 2
Add finely chopped and sautéed onion to the soup.
Step 3
Peel, rinse, and chop the potato into large pieces, then add it to the soup.
Step 4
Sort and rinse the rice, then add it to the soup.
Step 5
Season the soup with salt and cook until the rice is done.
Step 6
At the end of cooking, add the soaked dried Cornelian cherry.
Step 7
Just before serving, stir in the beaten eggs.
Step 8
Serve the soup, garnished with cilantro.
