Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the chicken, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add salt, and cook for 1.5 hours.

Step 2

Rinse the rice and add it to the chicken broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
