- Rice 5 oz

- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add salt, and cook for 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Rinse the rice and add it to the chicken broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the onion, sauté it in butter, and add to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Boil the peas separately.
Step 5
Chop the garlic, onion, and herbs. Mix with soy sauce, combine with the peas, and add to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes.
