Ingredients
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Poultry 1 piece
- Peanut Sprouts 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour cold water over the chicken and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add salt, and cook for 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Remove the chicken, separate the meat from the bones, and blend it with sour cream. Combine with the broth.
Step 3
Toast the peeled peanuts in a dry pan and grind them in a mortar or coffee grinder. Add to the soup.
Step 4
Bring the soup to a boil and remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
