Chicken, Potato, and Herb Pie
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Puff Pastry 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Egg white 1 piece
- Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out into two thin sheets.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and parsley.
Step 4
Cut the chicken fillet into medium pieces.
Step 5
Mix the fillet with the onion and parsley, then add the vinegar and spices. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
Combine the marinade with the potatoes and place it on one sheet of dough.
Step 7
Spread butter on top and cover with the second sheet, sealing the edges and twisting them. Cut a small hole in the center.
Step 8
Brush the pie with egg and bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes at a temperature of 180–390°F.
