Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken Seasoning to taste
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Egg white 1 piece
- Coconut flakes 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 0 oz
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into pieces 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Add spices to taste.
Step 3
Add minced garlic.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce. Mix well.
Step 5
Marinate for half an hour.
Step 6
Whisk the egg in a deep bowl.
Step 7
Crush the cornflakes into crumbs using a rolling pin or a blender.
Step 8
Dip a piece of chicken into the egg.
Step 9
Then coat it in the cornflake crumbs.
Step 10
Fry covered in a hot skillet greased with oil, cooking for 5–7 minutes on each side.
Step 11
Make a dipping sauce for the nuggets by mixing natural yogurt with minced dill, ground black pepper, garlic, and salt.
Step 12
Serve the nuggets hot with the white sauce.
