- Udon Noodles 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- Green peppercorns to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the chicken into portion-sized pieces.
Step 3
Peel the onion and carrot, and combine them with the chicken in a pot.

Add the bay leaf and peppercorns.

Pour in 2 liters of water and cook the broth.

Add salt to taste.

Remove the cooked meat and vegetables from the pot.
