Ingredients

  • Morels 10 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 10 oz
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Cream 22% 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place a pot with 1.5 liters of water on the stove and boil the chicken breast in it. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Step 2

When the water boils, add the potatoes to the pot and cook until tender.

Step 3

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly; finely chop the onion and grate the carrot.

Step 4

In a dry skillet, place the mushrooms and wait for all the moisture to evaporate. Then add the onion and carrot. Sauté the vegetables with the mushrooms for a couple of minutes, then add the cream. Leave on low heat until the mixture thickens.

Step 5

And now for the final step. In a blender, combine the broth with the chicken and potatoes and the vegetable mixture with the cream. Finally, season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
