Ingredients

  • Potato 2 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Egg noodles for wok 5 oz
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Green peppercorns to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Chicken fillet 10 oz
  • Stale Bread 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the carrot, finely chop half of the onion, and sauté them together in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Soak the bread in milk.

Step 3

Pour water over the vegetables, bring to a boil, reduce heat, add salt, and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Cut the potatoes into cubes, add them to the broth, along with the bay leaf and black pepper.

Step 5

Pass the remaining onion, chicken, and soaked bread through a meat grinder, add the egg, salt, and pepper, and knead. Form balls with a spoon and drop them into the boiling soup, cook for 15 minutes, then add the noodles and ground pepper.

Step 6

When the noodles are ready, add chopped herbs and turn off the soup after 2 minutes.
