- Garlic 2 heads
- Starch film 2 spoons

Dice the fillet into small cubes and place everything in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the egg, then the mayonnaise.

Crush the garlic in a garlic press and add it to the minced meat.

Add the starch.
