Chicken Fillet Burrito

Ingredients

  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Chicken fillet 15 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Tomato Puree 5 oz
  • Canned Baby Beets 15 oz
  • Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Tortillas 6 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into elongated pieces. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it together with the garlic. Slice the bell pepper into strips.

Step 2

Sauté the fillet in a hot skillet, then add the chopped chili pepper and garlic, and stir. Add the beans without liquid and the bell pepper, and sauté everything for about 3 minutes.

Step 3

Pour in the broth, add salt, and keep on heat for about 10 minutes. Then add finely chopped cilantro and tomato puree, and keep on heat for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Step 4

Wrap the filling in tortillas. Serve with sour cream.
