
Chicken Crepes

Description

Ingredients
- Thin Crepes 10 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the chicken fillet and sauté in vegetable oil until cooked, season with salt and add spices to taste.
Step 2
Pour in the cream to the resulting mixture and simmer on low heat. Let it cool.
Step 3
Add finely chopped herbs and grated egg to the cooled chicken, and mix everything with mayonnaise. Stir well.
Step 4
Place a small amount of filling on a thin crepe, fold it into an envelope. Serve with sour cream.
