Ingredients
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Chicken hearts 10 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Parsley 6 sprigs
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Seasoning ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the potato, peel it, and cut it into sticks.
Step 3
Wash the carrot, peel it, and cut it into sticks.
Step 4
Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into rectangular pieces.
Step 5
Pour 1 liter of chicken broth into a pot, bring it to a boil, add the potato, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the carrot and bell pepper, season with salt, and cook over medium heat until done.
Step 7
Wash the chicken hearts, remove the membranes, and chop finely.
Step 8
Fry the chicken hearts in vegetable oil in a skillet for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, season with salt, add paprika and chicken seasoning, mix, and transfer to a container to cool.

Beat the eggs with a fork, add 100 ml of water and the flour, and stir the dough until there are no lumps.

Add the fried chicken hearts to the dough and mix.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt, take spoonfuls of the prepared mixture, drop them into the boiling water, and cook the dumplings for 5 minutes, then remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on plates.

Pour the prepared broth over the dumplings and sprinkle with parsley.
