Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Large eggs 2 pieces
- Water 0 qt
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chicken in a pot and cover with water. Set over high heat.
Step 2
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Skim off the foam. From this point, cook for 23 minutes.

Slice the carrot into half-moons.

Add the carrot to the broth 5 minutes before the cooking time is up.

Cover with a lid.
