I usually use them as a cold cut, or instead of vitello tonnato, I make chicken tonnato)))) - it's incredibly delicious!! And the broth is amazing!
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Celery salt 2 stalks
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare a vegetable broth with any of your favorite broth vegetables and herbs. Boil everything for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add fresh chicken breasts (cut the breast into 4 pieces lengthwise) to the broth, bring to a boil (do not cook!) and turn off, covering with a lid. When the broth has completely cooled — the tender, instant breasts are ready.
