  • Scallions 2 bunches
  • Poultry 1 piece
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Wheat Flour 2 cups
  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the broth from the chicken, separate the meat from the bones and chop finely. Collect the fat and some broth in a bowl, add salt and pepper, squeeze in the garlic, and set aside to infuse.

Step 2

Knead the dough from flour, water, and eggs, adding salt. Roll out thin flatbreads and boil them in the broth.

Step 3

Cut the flatbreads into small pieces, add the chicken meat, pour over the infused broth, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
