- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Water 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In 1 liter of water, boil the chicken fillet for about 25–30 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the finely chopped green onion to the pot.
Step 3
Next, carefully crack each egg into a separate bowl (preferably into three different bowls) so that the yolk remains intact.
Step 4
After the broth in the pot comes to a boil, reduce the heat and gently 'drop' each of the three eggs into the water one by one without breaking the yolks.
Step 5
Cook the soup for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Step 6
Let the soup steep for another 10 minutes, and then it can be served in bowls.
