Ingredients
- Almond Milk 15 fl oz
- Chia Seeds 1½ tablespoons
- Lemon Zest 1 piece
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Honey to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix vigorously. Chia seeds absorb moisture quickly, so make sure they don't clump together.
Step 2
Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
Step 3
Before serving, mix well again, pour into clear glasses, top with a bit of honey, and garnish with lemon zest. (you need the zest of 1 lemon)
