- Chestnut puree 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz

- Whole egg 6 pieces
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- 10% cream 0 fl oz
- Dark rum 0 fl oz
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the canned chestnut puree with chestnut paste and butter using a mixer until it reaches a thick cream consistency.
Step 2
Add sugar to the chestnut mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, lightly whisk together 2 eggs and 6 yolks, then pour into the chestnut mixture. Mix until homogeneous.
Step 4
Add cream, rum, and vanilla to the egg-chestnut mixture and mix very thoroughly again.
Step 5
Pour the prepared mixture into individual ceramic baking dishes (approximately 125-175 ml in volume) and place in an oven preheated to 330°F. Bake for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the dishes. Remove from the oven when the surface of the flans has formed a firm crust.
