Ingredients

  • Peeled chestnuts 10 oz
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Pistachios 2 tablespoons
  • Raisins 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the ground chestnuts with the previously soaked raisins and olive oil. Add a little warm water to achieve a sufficiently thick dough.

Step 2

Roll out the dough into a sheet and place it on a baking tray. Sprinkle pine nuts on top and gently press them into the dough.

Step 3

Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for approximately 1 hour.

Step 4

Cut the finished cookies into diamond shapes.
