- Chestnut puree 10 oz
- Peeled chestnuts 1 can
- Butter 0 oz
- Brandy 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Cream 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate together with the butter, and mix it with chestnut puree, powdered sugar, and brandy. Stir well and pour into a small round mold with a capacity of 0.4 liters, lined with parchment paper. Place the cake in the freezer for one hour or in the refrigerator for four hours.
Step 2
Before serving, transfer to a plate, garnish with whipped cream and chestnuts, and sprinkle with cocoa.
