Cherry Tea Pie
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin a pinch
- Sugar 1½ cups
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Margarine 5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil water and brew cocoa in a cup.
Step 2
Melt the margarine and add cocoa, crack in 2 eggs, add sugar, vanillin, and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly, add flour, and mix well again to avoid lumps.
Step 3
If using fresh cherries, slightly mash them until juice appears, add baking soda, mix until foamy, and add to the main mixture.
Step 4
Let the dough rest for a bit, pour it into a mold greased with sunflower oil, and bake for 20–30 minutes.
