Description
You can use sweet cherries instead of sour cherries.
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 20 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Water 0 qt
- Cinnamon to taste
- Ground clove to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the berries, pour hot water over them, and cook with spices.
Step 2
Strain through a sieve, add sugar, and thicken with potato flour dissolved in 125 ml of cold broth.
Step 3
Combine with sour cream.
Step 4
Serve cold or hot with dumplings or croutons.
