Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cherry ½ can
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Marinated cherries ½ can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat 150 g of butter and 150 g of sugar with a mixer, add 3 eggs, and beat. Add flour, vanilla sugar, and baking powder, and mix well.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place the cherries on top. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Step 3
While the pie is baking, prepare the topping: beat one egg, cream, and 50 g of sugar well with a mixer. Pour the topping over the pie after 30 minutes in the oven. Then return the pie to the oven for another 15 minutes.
