Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the yeast (2 packets) and a spoonful of sugar into warm milk, leave in a warm place for 15–20 minutes, then pour the yeast into a bowl and add all the components, knead the dough, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the juice from the cherries, add a little sugar, and a bit of starch to prevent the filling from leaking.
Step 3
Melt the butter.
Step 4
The dough has risen, generously grease the mold with melted butter and start shaping the pies that will make up our pie, pinching the edges well to prevent the filling from leaking, dip each pie in oil, and place them in the mold.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 390°F for about 25–30 minutes.
