Ingredients
- Cherry 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Baking Powder ½ spoons
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Vanilla extract ½ spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar to taste
- Whipped Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the dough until smooth. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the pits from the cherries.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with butter.
Step 4
Dust the butter with sugar.
Step 5
Pour the cherries into the baking dish.
Step 6
Place the cherry-filled dish in the oven for 5 minutes at 355°F to warm the berries.
Step 7
Remove the dish from the oven.
Step 8
Pour the batter in such a way that the cherries are not completely covered.
Step 9
Bake the pie for 30–35 minutes at the same temperature.
Step 10
Dust the pie with powdered sugar. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
