Ingredients
- Margarine 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate 1 piece
- Sugar 4 cups
- 10% cream 20 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine, mix with sugar (2 cups) and eggs (using a whisk). Add 10% sour cream, flour with baking soda.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 2 parts, adding cocoa to one part and mixing thoroughly.
Step 3
Cool the layers, cut the dark layer into small pieces.
Step 4
Make the cream. For this, whip the 15% sour cream with the remaining sugar.
Step 5
Spread cream on the light layer, dip the dark pieces in the cream and pile them on the light layer. Fill the gaps between the pieces with cherries.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and drizzle it over the cake.
